The hotel room was smaller than expected, with one usable balcony overlooking the roof and another locked off for safety. The noise from the event center directly below was a major downside. The service had its ups and downs, with long waits and noisy cleaning crews but friendly and helpful staff. The location was handy for our needs but could have been better, especially during rainy weather. The dining experience was average, lacking in special touches. The facilities were adequate but not exceptional.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient with easy access to the freeway and a walkable downtown area, but there was a noise issue from the nearby Shusi Bar that affected my sleep. The room and facilities were up to par, but the noisy surroundings impacted the overall experience.
The hotel had comfortable rooms; however, there were noisy drunk guests disrupting the peace late at night. The service was professional and kind, although the cleaning crew was loud during late hours. The location was both serene and regal, with some exceptions, like noise from passing wedding parties. The dining options featured high-end quality food but had some difficulty with availability. The facilities were functional but a bit dated.
