The hotel room was smaller than expected, with one usable balcony overlooking the roof and another locked off for safety. The noise from the event center directly below was a major downside. The service had its ups and downs, with long waits and noisy cleaning crews but friendly and helpful staff. The location was handy for our needs but could have been better, especially during rainy weather. The dining experience was average, lacking in special touches. The facilities were adequate but not exceptional.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient with easy access to the freeway and a walkable downtown area, but there was a noise issue from the nearby Shusi Bar that affected my sleep.
